CAL TONER is located in the State of California and is only obligated to withhold 9.75% sales tax for delivery within this state. You will not be charged sales tax if you live outside of California.

BACKORDERS

If any item is not in stock, CAL TONER will place that item on backorder and will ship when the item becomes available. Any backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via E-mail.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

All shipments are subject to stock and availability. In-stock items can be shipped UPS-Ground, UPS-Orange (3-day), UPS-Blue (2-day) or UPS-Red (next day). If any delivery is refused, a $25 fee may (at Cal Toner’s sole discretion) be charged to your account. Same-day shipping is available on any in-stock item on all orders placed by 3:00pm PST, Mon-Fri. We do not arrange delivery on Saturday or Sunday. We will only ship to the address verified by your credit card company. We will not deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper restrictions. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

CAL TONER accepts the following major credit cards - Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of order. Please provide the exact billing address & telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may delay your order.
